I been searching on the Net for a Intake Manifold for the Scion xA 06 model. So far only Scion model that came out so far I check are for the xB and tC
only from Weapon R. I was thinking on using that xB / tC model cause it looked identical of the shape of my car Intake Manifold but I could be wrong.

Does anyone know where I can get a Intake Manifold for the xA?

I believe that the Weapon R intake fits the xA! Brad has one on his.

The 1.5 from a xB is the same motor as our xA's. Shouldn't have any problem, especially since Weapon R
prides themselves on manifolds with similar dimensions. It wouldn't hurt to ask though. Give it a shot.

So i had email chris but no reply. but you could be right. i could just buy it when i have money. cause so far i used some of tax money towards my car. i have purchased the rd series from injen cold air, strup axle back exhaust and weapon r headers. spent at 700 buck and i installed both with the help of brother in law. maybe end of this month i can buy the manifold and slap it on and see if its true. before putting it on, ill probably clean my engine making it look like new. its been almost 4 years with this car and thinking of setting it up for giggles and just started putting parts last month. ill let you guys know if it does fit. and ill post a couple of pics on my parts hehe

 

I would like to know if it fits as well. I have been considering it for the A.

So I finally got a respond from chris from weapon r, and he said it fits, so now I'll just wait for the money by the end of the month and slap it on and post pics of it. :D I can't wait til I install it

 

Almost I remembered something, if I did buy the manifold, will my injen cold air intake fit....? It did state it will fit with most short ram intake but my cold air isn't. But I will never til the end of the month I just hope I don't have to buy another intake.

 

For black friday after turkey day they had it on sale for $350. Not sure if they'll ever do another one, couldn't hurt to ask.

 

So, anyways, 2 more weeks to go lol.

it has a much bigger plenum and will improve at the high end, like all aftermarket IM's. You will be sacrificing low end but IMHO there's plenty of low end to handle the IM. With forced induction it would be really really fun.

I just finished reading someone's problem with a intake manifold for there tC, now im scared... what if it doesn't fit.... OMG OMG! lol
Not really that worried, ill still get to play with it, i mean that spending 4 hours means nothing lol. I think i can buy the manifold next week friday and get it by monday or tuesday... it is bolt on and it shouldnt be that hard lol.... like putting on an axle back exhaust which took 30mins LOL

 

BAD NEWS. I didn't get a chance at all to order the part cause i have to save up for a new house. And i really need a new house that has a 2/3 car garage. I just hope I can get it soon like next month. Sorry guys.
