Depends where you got it. It sounds like you got it used so I'm hoping you got it at a Toyota dealership that way you can take it back to them and say you sold me a damaged car and have them fix it no charge to you.
Oh, and just because it was "stock" when you bought it doesn't mean it didn't have some pretty crazy things done to it from the previous person. People just put the stock parts back on to get the value back up then sell it and sell the aftermarket stuff separate. (You probably know that though)
It's always good to have some proof too. When you got your receipt from where ever you went for the tires did they have a recommended service part where they tell you about problems that should be fixed? That way if you did get it from some sort of actual dealership they can't just say oh it's not bent, it just looks that way from the angle you looked at it.

The first thing would be to try to get them to fix it anyway. If they refuse then look for a good shop you can trust, a toyota dealership is usually the last place you want to go for any kind of repair because of how bad they'll charge you (even if it's something minor).
Weather it's major or not just depends on what's actually wrong with it. If it's just bent and nothing else is affected then the only thing that might get damaged is your tire wearing bad.

Was there any warranty on the vehicle when you purchased it? Did the dealer run a CARFAX report for you? If they did and you run one yourself, they should agree, but with the tire guy saying there is damage, you may have been sold a wreck. If the dealer didn't tell you it was wrecked, you might be able to make him pay for repairs as you bought it under the assumption it was not damaged.
Good luck!!
