I like these dishes...a little beat up or is it an optical illusion.

Wonder if they'll fit the 15" rim...

Yeah. . . I dunno if I am a fan of the dog dishes, but I appreciate the input. I kinda like the blacked out center.

echo_hrs...no problems with the heat on the breaks so far. I asked that same question to the one sellers. He didn't think it would be a problem. There's so much ait turbulance on the move, enough to cool the breaks. We'll see on hot days.

FInal notes. After a full day of driving I felt the moon caps and they were cool to the touch. And also, even though I used lock-tite(sp), it seems the screws loosend a bit which made the caps rattle agains the rim. I will resolve that problem with some weather striping between the caps and the rim. Then, I will re-tighten the screws and add more lock-tite.

I think it looks great. Just hope they stay on! I'll never forget the site of moons as they rolled by me once, on 95, and the guy who owned them, chasing them down...

The problem with trying to fit dog dishes to the Scion wheels is the wheels don't have the "bumps" on them for the dog dishes (or other normal hubcaps) to 'snap' over to hold them on...

BTW, those full Moons look great on the xA! Reminds me of the vehicles in, uh, Demolition Man(?) and a few other SciFi type films... :D
