that sucks big time. I see youre profile says you live in Fairfax, VA. I got my tC at the Ourisman toyota dealership on lee hwy. Is that where you got your xa?
Are they the ones that are giving you trouble?
Good luck with everything!!

yeah i got mine at ourisman toyota, but they weren't the problem its toyota financial services the dealer did all they could when we went. That's why if we get another scion after the lawsuit were gonna go to ourisman with cash in hand

TFS is full of idiots. I received three seperate bills for the first months payment on my xB (after it was already paid). When I called about it, the guy on the other end told it happens all the time do to miscommunication between the dealership and TFS. A company as large as Toyota should have stuff like this in order.
Sorry to hear about your situation. Hope everything works out.

I'm normally against law suits, but they sc#wed up royally. You'll probably get an out of court settlement, once they realize how much they messed up.

i don't know what the hell are they doing, you've got the proof that they cashed the cheque, this is enough for them to work it out. I guess now you'll just get a better car , nice man, i wish they would do that to me.

I paid by check for my xA, nearly $17K. Base xA, cruise control, $1100 for extended warranty, tax, etc. it all adds up. Got my clear title so if anyone even trys to take my xA it will be grand thief and after the police report my insurance would be involved in paying to replace my car and dealing with who stole it.

Dont worry, Toyota will give u MORE than your xA

If what you said is true, then its their fault.

If I were u, I probably gonna call some newspaper or whatever media I can think of, Im sure some of them love these kind of "information"
