^^ ha ha i typed this before i left work and during traffic i just pulled and realized i asked a stupid question. so let me ask a not so stupid one: how do i take off the center ring on the shifter?

I pulled/pried it right off. Same with all the other pices I painted actually. Very easy.

I tried that on mine, snapped a clip right off....I ended up taking the console out and gently pushing from the back.

I had new custom LED's put in today and saw the side panels are a pain to remove. They are plastic melted on. I think you have to take the entire panel off and brake the thing than solder it back on. AARRGG!

Just good ole rustoleum spray paint. i love the results

That's pretty extreme. Can't say I would have the guts to do it that way since my xA is only 2K miles old. The idea is really cool on the cuts of the wheel.
