Red with white racing stripes and a british flag painted on the roof. If for some reason your the person and you contribute to the forum, my question to you is "WHY".

So what do you guys think, a perverse distortion of nature or (god forbid) a good idea.

My post isnt a comparison (re-read it again and again)
it was an observation of a ACTUAL xA's paint job.
No where in there did i say that the xa looks like
a mini.

I get so many people asking me about my car and it being a Mini Cooper. I was wondering what would happen if I got white racing stripes and have the Japanese flag painted on the roof. However, you're right, it wouldn't look right... people would probably then ask me if I've thought of a number yet to paint inside the red dot.

Perhaps the WWII Imperial Japanese Navy flag would look better... White background with an offset red dot to the left with red "rays" coming out of it all around the dot... Now that would look hot.

 

Yes the rising/setting (depending on your perspective) sun image would be a better one. But a WWII vet would probably drag you out and beat you to death in the street. And rightfully so.

About as bad as all the Toyota emblem swappers out there! Hey, how about this. . . You bought a Scion xA, if you wanna trick it, there are plenty of good items and ideas out there that don't involve trying to make the car mimic another brand, make or model. Just my .02!
