Scan gauge II back light

The MPG readings are accurate IF YOU CALIBRATE IT ACCURATELY.
It is very simple to input the amount of fuel you put in at a few fill-ups, and to calibrate the MPH reading to be right on. With those two set up properly, the MPG appears to be right on, and there is no need for further changes or calibrations unless you change wheels/tires or something similar. That may requires you to make a simple check of the MPH display to assure that it is accurate, and to correct it if not.

Just to chime in on the backlight issue...
There was a small batch of the gauges that had faulty LCD's the problem comes up pretty much right away to fix it just flip the instruction book over and give the good folks at Linear-Logic a call (They make the ScangaugeII) As everybody I spoke with can tell you they hook you up pretty quickly
If you ordered the gauge from us or have any questions about it just let me know..
