What car did you trade or sell to get your xA?
Hey, what car did you trade or sell to get your xA?
I traded in my 2000 VW Jetta GLS in order to get my 2006 BSP xA. I had negative equity because of the trade in, but its worth it in the long run I think.

2003 Civic EX Coupe Automatic.
It was a fine car, it was just 2 doors, and an automatic. I like having the 4 door hatch, I get a lot of utility out of it, plus the stickshift is more fun as well. My credit score was around a 680 when I went in the building, and a 710 when I left. All-in-all, I think it was probably the best financial descision I have made yet. My insurance is less, and the gas bill is a little less.

'98 Chevy Prizm - 88,000 miles and ran like a dream... suspension sucked and it was totalled because of hail damage... I kept it then sold it myself and made a nice profit b/c of the insurance check for hail damage.
Before that... '89 Civic SI that I should've kept... AWESOME CAR!

Sold it to Carmax
2003 Honda Element EX AWD auto with 23k miles- silver
I miss it but the xA was more affordable the way gas prices were so high this past season. As a matter of fact, everything was more expensive after moving to california.
I had my Honda in Virginia/DC, Texas... but it took California to strip it from me.

Was going to trade the '95 525iT, but decided that $5000 for a car that cost me over $50,000 was not a smart move. So I kept it, now it's our backup car. Still runs strong, and where else can you get a bimmer with dual sunroofs? Cheers.

sold my 2001 Ford Explorer Limited...the thing was loaded out...but at 82000 miles it earned its nickname the "Exploder" the transmission literally fellout of the truck and pulled the driveaxle and the transfer cases along with it...i got 2000 out of it when i traded it in. before that a 99 Range Rover which i should have kept but was scared of 150k miles on it..
