320cc injectors installed

320cc injectors installed
The 320cc Toyota Celica injectors took about 30 minutes to put in. There are three different size of injectors for the 2zz motor. There is a yellow at 250cc only 25% larger then another color not sure of it and then gray the 320cc injectors. I picked these up from a guy that only does injectors. He just flow tested these at 320cc. And a one year warranty to boot. Got the full set of four for $147 shipped. Would have been a little quicker. But ,I let the fuel system depressurize and a super charger in the way. Well let me start by saying I bumped my Cam-con up to 13 in the boost. Bingo a too rich MIL. Just what I wanted. Finally too much fuel. (If you have a PDA I recomend Autoenginuity- OBDII - Dyno software- pays for itself after a few resets.)
Now to tune it down a little. Ok I pulled the fuel back to a -2 up until 2500 then I work up to +3 in the boost area. (Pulls hard as my x-girlfriend trying to squeeze into size one jeans when she knew she was a two). I advanced the timing to around +5 in the lower RPMs to pick up my lost tourque caused by the open exhaust. Then pulled it t -1 under boost.
I am hitting the dyno at 9:30am. Nice to be off during the days to get things done like install injectors etc. I would highly recomend the Cam-Con expecially if you are running FI and larger injectors are a must if your going to upgrade your exhaust. Opps forgot to take pictures. Worked to fast to worry about the camera. I can post a pic of the factory 200cc green ones.
Hopefully +137hp here we come. If I can put on my 15" stockers I will. I know my 19"s are holding me back.

I found RC Engeneering that wil custom do them along with a few others. Plus the dropped right in. No borring of the heads. Plus they run with the stock ECU. My main concern was running to lean. Not because of the supercharger, but because a header hi-flow cat and a full custom catback axhaust. I was moving way more air than the PE300 S/C started with.

Low RPMs are fine . I have tuned down the injectors with the Cam-Con. Under 3000 RPMs I have the fuel set about factory.
As far as cats I can get them for $85.60 plus shipping to you. I'm not making anyhting. Straight from my muffler guy.

1zz-fe 250cc injectors are drop in... other than that why did you go with 320cc ??? You dont need that much injector especially with the cam-com ... Are you planning on doing a crank pulley mod to raise the boost pressure on the supercharger, later on the down the road ??? I mean I can just imagine what your duty cycles are with 320... I would have stayed with 250cc max but I plan on doing a supercharger upgrade and stay with the 1zz 200cc injectors and just tune with the cam-com...
