If one chooses to run WW, choose a 70/30 mix (DI water/antifreeze). Any antifreeze in the solution reduces the effects of WW. Unfortunatly, the more H2O you run, the less lubrication you have for your pump. The less antifreeze your run, the harder it is on the internals of the car, this includes coolant seals.
Unless yoy are having overheating issue with your ride, I say stick w/ a 50/50 mix of distilled/antifreeze.

and well, it's saturday and the dealer isn't open anymore and I also need to know a price for the stuff.
What should I use and why? and what should I not use and why?
I am getting the 50/50 mixed stuff so I don't have to mess with mixing it myself.

Toyota coolant is one of the best in the industry.
The interval for this coolant is 100k there is no need to change it earlier. The SLL coolant was designed to nuetralize acidic content and prevent (the best a coolant can) ECD electrochmeical degradation, which is the chmical attack on cooling sytem hoses and seals, and breakdown of the coolant.
Using any other coolant other than the SLL coolant in your cooling system is going to accelerate seal and hose hardening, as well as potentailly cause some issues with block corrosion.
Always put OEM coolant in.
