Default Catalytic Converter..

Is is worth it to have a new Catalytic Converter installed or note.
Anyone with experience and/or knowledge of the cost to do so from a shop, not myself?

Thanks

Assuming you mean the secondary cat and not the one built into the exhaust manifold..

Only if you live in California and need it to pass their ridiculous inspections. Else I'd swap it with a resonator (vs going straight piped) or you risk having a raspy exhaust note.

What symptoms do you have that make you think you need to replace one?

Don't do it unless absolutely required by law. Very expensive and absolutely makes no different in running of car.
