Which to choose to clear o2 sensor code?
I just got the OBX catback installed together with an OBX 4-2-1 header and my box is throwing a P0420 code (cat converter below threshold). I'm thinking of getting a mechanical O2 fix just like this one: Megan Racing Mechanical CEL Fix. I know Weapon-r also makes one but by the size of it the Megan one would make a better fit. Then I also saw this: OBD II 2 O2 sensor simulator at E-bay which sends a signal to trick the OBD.
Which do you think would be effective? Has anyone had some some success in either method or any other way to clear out a P0420 code? Your 2 cents is greatly appreciated.

There were noticeable gains from the added components (OBX 4-2-1 and Catback). I was reaching cruising speeds much faster and the pull from a standstill is just awesome. I would enjoy those for a while but in the end I will go ahead and get me a cat-converter like this one. There's just that voice in the back of my head that keeps on reminding me that "the cat-converter is there for a reason."
I'm just hoping that it's just my conscience or else I probably am going nuts...

The CEL came back! Well its more like on again then off again thing. I can't stand the stink that the no-cat spews so now I'm back to stock with my Tsudo muffler. What I'm planning to do is putting the obx pipe after the stock resonator to use the stock cat and free up the bottle neck that the very slim pipe after the resonator is causing. Hence, I will also use the muffler the obx setup came with. What I hate about the obx catback beyond not having a cat is the raspy sound it's making. This is due to the no-cat setup. Honestly I like the looks of the Tsudo muffler but if I'm going to use the post resonator piping from the obx setup, I would need to use its mufller too.
Now about the links, the url were embedded in the words. But here they are anyway:
The forum that I swiped the idea from:

The Cat-converter that I was thinking of using if I would continue with the OBX setup:

It's all up to you now. All that I mentioned were merely my opinion.
