Clutch Replacement help.
I am at 94k miles on my box and its about time to change my clutch. I was wondering if getting a stage 1 racing clutch would be worth it instead of getting a normal OEM replacement clutch. My box is naturally aspirated w/ borla exhaust and K&N cold air intake so I am unsure if the racing one would work well on it.
Can I get some suggestions for a clutch? Links would be appreciated.
Thanks

a clutch should last the life of the car unless you abuse it with aggressive driving. before spending money a new clutch job, is your OEM clutch slipping or having trouble fully engaging/disengaging? if it isn't, than it is fine and a new clutch isn't necessary.
as far as a new clutch goes, as far as "racing" clutches go, you're probably thinking about an unsprung clutch, do NOT get one of those, they will make the car very hard to drive on a daily basis.
but i'm sure there are a huge number of aftermarket replacement clutches that'll do just fine. just get a stage 1 clutch, or a stage 2 if you want some more clamping power.

theres a good selection of clutches for you to look over.
oh, and you can add a lightweight flywheel, but it will make the car harder to pull away from a stop until you get used to it.
