Default Cold Air Exhaust

ok, so I want to buy a Cold air intake unit...I was looking at AEM, because I know thats what comes factory from Toyota (if you get that option) but I was also looking at the Injen one...it looks pretty quality...any thoughts and opinions would be appriciated!

I thought this was going to be another "Blinker Fluid" thread.
Darn.

so. Do I understand this correctly?
you started an internet thread from your phone, while driving?
I must say, that is quite an accomplishment.

IMHO Don't buy the Toyota intake, that thing has more twists than an episode of 24. If you want an Intake buy the L pipe AEM or the L pipe Injen, both will perform about the same. There is a real good thread stickied at the top:

I'm torn... should I edit the title??? Oh, well, the author should be able to edit also...

I've got the Injen CAI and like it. The bends are there by design. It's not like its a vacuum inside. It also looks better for shows than the blank spot the shorter ones leave, IMO. There's no foglight rubbing issue like with the AEM either.

HEY!!! You live in Livermore? That's where I'm at. If you want to check it out, we should hook up.

I think there's someone selling an Injen CAI in the PPC forum...
