The Bolts came out fine ? I did by a new Manifold Gasket to be safe..... because I saw the Tech article on here from mikochu's write and the picture has some mangled bolts there..and I don't want to buy the shorties as they won't fit.

just be careful and take your time. all the bolts came out fine. one did start to round off but we got it out and it was reusable. i actually re-used all the original gaskets and everything. the hardest part will be underneath the car with the spring loaded bolts. SOAK them in wd40 and pray they break loose. i was laying completely under the car staining my ***** off to get to get them to break loose and literally praying for the car to not fall on me haha.

They're all right; you don't need to replace the bolts. When I installed the header in my xA, I chose to replace all of the gaskets just to be on the safe side. You never know the kind of damage you can cause taking parts on and off, so a new gasket is never a bad choice.

So where's the other header going? Did you do a small block swap?

I replaces my Exhaust Header last weekend with the DC Sports. A few well placed shots of PB Blaster on a WARM exhaust manifold worked like a charm after sitting for about 20 minutes. Very little effort was needed to remove the bolts and I was also concerned with damaging them.
