Default Exhaust Decibel levels? Do we know of any?

I am new to the scion world, bought my xb about a month ago and I love it. I have looking to mod it and have been on the hunt for a good performing exhaust that is not too loud. I know 95 db is the legal limit so I would like to keep it a decent amount below that so when I do add a header I will not be breaking that. Ofcourse I would like to get the best performance I can get (My last car only had 60 HP so this thing is a speed demon to me) . I see that the injen site shows their axel back hit around 83 dB but no one ever speakes of that exhaust. I did the search and found nothing so any help would be awesome.

Straight-through muffler core maximizes power and delivers an aggressive exhaust note

Late model systems meet 95 dB exhaust noise restriction requirements*

Street-inspired design includes four-inch straight-cut tip emblazoned with DC Sports logo

Includes comprehensive instructions and all necessary hardware

*Please refer to the application chart or call (310) 484-2322 for more information

I have both the header and exhaust on my xA, and it's not annoyingly loud at all. CARB exemption stickers are another good reason to get theirs, depending on where you live and how likely you are to ever have to move to California.
