Squeaking like an engine knock?

Uhmmm....

You have them lube the pilot?
Replace the throw-out bearing?
Belt have enough tention?

throw-out bearings squeak and squeel if out or on their way out, usually replaced with any clutch work to save from doing a tear down again.

belts adjusted?, they probably removed them during the flywheel install

not a belt squeek noise its a chirp like a bird chirp but only under 2k rpm when it gets higher it stop... the car runs fine... im thinkin it might be injectors... not throw out that is replaced everything was done correct... i heard that if a flywheel was out of balance it will chirp or squeek... wouldn't understand why... never heard it till i got the wheel installed.... so im not sure if the out of balance thing is true or not...

Still sounds like the throw out, maybe it is just adjusted to tight.
Never heard a flywheel squeak because of imbalance, warped maybe, but not imbalance.

Could be that the throw out was defective since you installed a new one.

I'm going to vote on the throw out bearing as well. When bearing go bad they chirp. There really isn't anything else it could be if you said everything else checks out.
