I got 4 hp with MMW 4-2-1 stainless header. I dynoed it before and after.

I have an auto, if you have a manual you might get a small bit more.

The exhaust will sound the same. I was expecting to hear a diff when I installed my header, but there wasnt really any.

If you get a good deal on one then its worth it. I cant remeber how much I paid for mine... I want to say $100 shipped, maybe? It was an awsome deal.

You might lose a little torque in the low end, but you get an increas in the 3k+ RPM range

I have the weapon-r/mmw header and I am very happy with it. I didn't notice a change in volume but I did notice a definite change in tone.

well good for you

the 108 thats advertised is the flywheel hp

80 is actually what just about every 1NZ-FE gets to the wheels, some variables like drivetrain and altitude can change it

Nice to see some before and after numbers.....maybe I'm just not searching enough, but it seems to be a rarity with the XB

I have a K&n intake.
Should I get headers or an exhaust or both?

I'll have to spend some money then.
Now I have to ask:
