for inintakes...
I've got volant, but its expensive.
Injen is suppose to be good. Just get an intake that brings air from outside the engine bay. And has a bypass in case you run through high water. It seems to be flooding everywhere now a days
Magnaflow makes a cat-back exhaust. It sounds kind of ricy, but i would imagine has pretty good performance. Most exhausts are just axle back. You arent going to get huge gaines but every little bit counts

looking at DMAN's dyno chart for his MMW 4-2-1 header, it looks as if you don't start feeling a difference until you hit 4200rpms or so. if that's true, when do you start feeling a difference with a 4-1 header?

Yeah, I had a similar question about the graph. I thought the 4-2-1 was better at low-med RPM. It doesn't look like that from the graph though.
