I had codes from the L-Type AEM like crazy. I finally was able to adapt an APEXI filter on and haven't had a code since. You might want to try that. It is a dry filter incase you didn't know.

I used a 2.5 adapter plate for the filter and a reducing coupler to the intake. Works awesome and is a better filter hands down.

Good luck.
FYI:
Apexi filter = 100.00
Adapter plate = 15.00
Coupler = 15.00

No more CEL, priceless!

I have another question for you. What other mods do you have done to the car? performance? electrical?

Oh and what kit are you using to re-charge the filter?

I did have an axel-back on for a while, but I took it off. I wondered if the CEL could have something to do with that, but if so, the dealer lied to me when I had the stock airbox and stock exhaust on and they said the car was running fine....

I used the K&N recharge kit to clean the filter.

Thanks for all the help guys... Like I said, I'm going back to stock for a month or two, if the lights come on again, I'll know something is messed up, and the dealer will be forced to fix it under warranty.

If the lights stay off, I'll try one last time to run the intake. If I get a CEL again shortly after installing it, I'll know the intake is to blame.

I'll update you guys on whatever happens.

Yeah, expensive piece. You can find them on eBay for 60-70
