took some time to install my short throw the other day from TRD, and the thing is so sweeeeet. i love the enhanced feel and that pesky ocasional grind between 1st and second during crazy launches is all gone.

 

how much is your throw reduced by? im looking to get the perrin

Did you paint the shifter black? that looks awesome! I got the b&m, short shifter and it wasn't much shorter, maybe a quarter inch or so but had better feel. I recently cut about 3 inches off it and it is sooo much better omg! why dont they all come this short? and its not a much further reach but then again im not really short XD

 

Looks sweet. I'm actually waiting on UPS to drop off my RS Type shifter. It should be here tomorrow w00t! I can't wait.

 

I love my TRD short throw... I won it in a raffle at a local dealsership. It didn't decrease my throw too much. But it did make it feel a lot better. And no... He did not paint it. That is the way they come.
