I don't think they do exchanges, but I'm sure you won't have a problem selling it.

Default Just got mine and put it on. . .

Very, very, very satisfied with the product. Came a little banged up. . . but I was able to fix it up. I think some of the fitment issues people have might be because the hangers being bent a little during shipping.

I have to adjust the pegs coming off the exhaust a little. Right now the tip is touching the tip of the bumper hole. I'll do it before I leave the shop tonight.

Anyhow, the sound clip I listend to at the Partshippers site does no justice to the actual sound of the exhaust. The mechanic I work with commented on how nice and low it sounded. I'm just glad it's not a ____ed off weedwhacker note.

If you live in the MD,DC,VA area and you want to hear it let me know. It's always nice to meet other scion owners.

if you adjust the exhaust slightly at the connection on the axle end...you can fit the bumper hole perfectly. moving the exhaust on the bracket end ever so slightly comes to a decent adjustment over the length of the exhaust at the bumper hole location.

trust me i hear you regarding the clip. i made that in my garage with an inexpesive digital camera...nothing with stereo or sound quality.

Default Moving brackets and pegs. . .

My coworker (a mechanic) and i just bent the bracket on the exhaust using a pipe wrench. Then we bent the peg, using a pry bar, holding the hanger closest to the exhaust tip. Now the exhaust sits just right.

Like I said before I am sure the shipping company is rough with the packages and somewhere the brackets get bent. I know when I took delivery I had to open the package cause one of the brackets was sticking out of the box. Was easily fixed. Thanks, Dave and Jeff. Did I mention how happy I was with the exhaust.

DHL does suck. Is there any type of instructions on how to install this exhaust system? I would like to do this on my own and save some bucks.

literally remove and replace. 2 rubber hangers to slip the rods off and only one bolt holding it all together. that simple

Default easy install shop or not. . .

this is one of the simple installs that almost anyone can do.

Look in th tech section on the install of the DC exhaust, it's pretty much the same. I'm pretty lucky cause I got access to the shop and help from the mechanics.

This is easy compared to the time when the mechanics and I had to install the HKS upgrade turbos on my older brothers 300zx. The instructions were in Japanese and we had to pull the engine just to get at them. I can read a little japanese but that was ridiculous compared to putting on the exhaust. On a scale of 1-10 on how hard it was, I'd give it about a 1 if you have access to a lift or shop and can do it yourself. If you are doing it in your driveway, maybe a 2 or 3 depending on your skill level.

BTW DHL is about as good as UPS. When I got my Progress RSB I thought it was going to be messed up cause the box was so banged up. The Strup box was in the same shape.
