Do yourself a favor and cancel the TRD exhaust if you can. It is grossy over priced, and the horsepower gains are low, even for a bolt on axleback. Check out Strup or precision mufflers, their stuff is excellent and reasonable, for exhaust and headers.

For intakes, check the buyers guide topic here, it has all the ones you can get with pros and cons for each. Most likely it will come down to the K&N and the Injen, the two most popular ones.

The TRD exhaust will make you much happier unless you like it loud at cruising speed. I had a Magnaflow on my 04 xB and it is a nice LOUD muffler, the TRD is a better all around unless you just want to be louder. I put all the TRD stuff on my 06 box and the drivability is light years better. I have the DC Sports header and a Blitz intake and the sound has increased, but super quiet inside on the highway.

The header for me was about 1 hour, I think with a fairly new car the bolts are much easier to release. I put all the TRD parts on myself also. The xB is fairly easy to work on.
