Default Oil in 2 spark plugs & Squeak from Manual Tranny

So I was doing a general tune up when I found out that plugs 2 & 3 have oil only in the bottom of them. Tips look the same across all four which happen to look fine so no problem with that. No smoke from the tail pipe and the car is running fine.

1 of the spark plugs only seems to have oil on one side only at the bottom half of it....Maybe a leak between 2 & 3

I want to have an Idea what I'm looking at in regards to work involved. I've done oil changes and thats about it.

ALSO

an utterly annoying squeak when I push in the clutch. The sound is definately coming from that think on the upper middle part of the picture. I was able to put lithum grease on what seem to be the smaller slave cylinder but its def the one that goes into the transmission. I was going to just put wd 40 in there but the smarter half of me said nOOOOO

For the oil on the spark plugs, it could be a leaky valve cover gasket. Doesn't seem like it's a very common issue with these engines though.

take that boot off in the top middle of pic, spray white lithium grease in there, dont be shy, spray alot, i notice it helps if you have someone pumping the clutch pedal while spraying in it. As for the spark plug with oil, i havent taken the valve cover of the tc yet but the spark plug have its own gasket that you would need to change out. once rubber gets hard, its useless when it comes to sealing. shouldnt be too hard to swap it out.

Oil Problem: Definitely your spark plug grommets that come with your valve cover gasket. I'm sure they are just cashed from over time.

Clutch Squeak: It comes and goes, nothing wrong or bad is going on, but if you're just concerned about the noise, pull that boot back and grease all that up and then immediately get in the car and push the clutch in a handful of times to work it in.

Thanks everyone

After some research I found a few threads that I will post here for anyone in the future

This is on greasing what everyone here has said with pics near the bottom

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/sho...ueaking&page=2

This is what needs to be replaced #4 in the pics

https://www.scionlife.com/forums/sho...ueaking&page=2

& here
http://www.partstrain.com/store/?N=0...er%20Gasket%29

Steps 1-5 then 15 and on

http://scionlife.org/Scion_Docs/2004...eplacement.pdf

& different greases to use in the clutch fork

I dont know if I'm brave enough to do this on my own though I will see
