Default Opinions on Best Header, Exhuast, Intake Combo? [xB]

I am looking to upgrade these 3 items just to really allow the Box to breath a little better and have some decent sounds. Any input would be great on a full 3 piece combo.

the most popular intakes are the Injen Short Ram and the K&N CAI

for headers Strup seem to be very popular with good HP gain but Monster Motorworks just came out with a header of their own and proved themselves to be better than the Strup on a dyno

exhaust varies with different people have different preferences in looks and sound

So the Monster MotorWorks header is considered better than the Strup? If not which is if any. Not looking for the name really. But the best 3 to put together as a set.

Do you have the dyno link?

IIRC, I read the thread where monster was announcing the header and it was ~2x the cost of the strup.

Those better be good number from the dyno...

They are priced very closely. The header thread that was meantioned earlier was misinterpreted by many people.

1. The dynno charts compare the MM header vs a strup vs an OEM header. The test xB had a few other mods so you CANNOT compare the top hp and torque numbers to a STOCK xB. The headers were tested with identical setups so an A-B-c comparison is completely valid. The MM was ahead throughout the powerband.
2. The HP and torque numbers are the PEAK gain. THey are not claiming that amount throughout the powerband.
3. The MM header can take the stock heatshield. This is for those with tough smog inspection laws who are tying to hide the header.

The price listed on the MM site is 350.00

If the prices were equal, I would go witht he MM header. Presently, the strup header wins due to a better price.

K&N typhoon and the WEAPON R/MMW header....if your willing to spend that amount for it.....if not the the DC 4-1 ceramic header the only reason i say this one over the STRUP is.....its the EXACT same thing(design) except the DC has ceramic coating that aids in underhood temps.....as far as exhaust nothing offered thats bolt on for the xA/xB is worth it....i am looking into something along the lines of a 2in header-back crush bent high flow cat and retro fit EVO2(only offered for the xB as axle back bolt on)
