Default Possible perrin pulley problem?

I went to go to lunch today and after I started my car there was a clicking noise.
I popped the hood to see where the noise was coming from.
Its the belt the perrin pully runs.
Anybody else having this problem?

it might be a frayed belt? or it could be slack belts slappping.

when i had a blitz supercharger on my yaris, i had a problem like that and it was a frayed belt. but to be honets it sound like a bolt was loose inside the bottom of the crank, i though a big end bearing was gone.
