Possible Upgrade for you Blitz Supercharger owners...
I'm in talks with www.pulleyboys.com and thinking about modifying the Blitz Supercharger pulley or the crank pulley to create 7psi of boost... Who else is interested in this modification if it hits the market ...
Theres a possibility where you can order a pulley from www.pulleyboys.com to boost 5psi, 6psi, 7psi, or 8psi...

Damm!!! do you honestly think I dont do my research and just start modifying things to modify it ??? Give me a freaking break ... I've been messing with Toyota car in general since the early '92 ...
Do you know that the AW11 and the Previa have the same supercharger that Blitz, TTE , and TRD is marketing ???? They are called SC12 and SC14... They have the same damn magnetic clutch that you can find on a these supercharger kit...
LOL, you know what why even bother ... F#@K it, theres people on scionlife that always seem to think they know everything when they dont even have any experience with the product or subject matter...

6 psi, my boost gauge has read up to 10 psi at certain RPM ranges when the powerband is, typically around 4-6k RPM. 4 psi is not accurate! And you can argue this point with me all day and I will tell you the same thing!

just a question wraith. on pulleyboys.com they list the different sizes of pulley's but they dont list the difference in psi from stock. does this site have calculator or do we get to do the math ourselves?
no matter how much psi the blitz kit puts out stock..... would the new pulleys have the magnetic clutch built in so that the max would be higher psi? or would it just be a different sized regular pulley?

xBTuner is right... and for some strange reason id believe him he knows his stuff about this supercharger.. he has one.
it runs at 6 psi. this is what ive read multiple times. official and non-official. then again im a scion noob sorta.

^^ Thanks....... that and I installed mine myself with the help of fellow Scikotics and Family.
I pretty much know the workings of the blitz compressor inside and out now. Also I have been tinkering with cars for as long as I could drive one. That and I don't think gauges lie.............

adding an oversized (larger) crank pulley to your supercharged car can in fact spin the SC faster, thus creating more boost. Those of you interested in getting more boost from your Blitz charged motors should look up www.NonStopTuning.com
These guys are working on a lot of different pulley kits and options for Toyotas and Scions at the moment, I'm sure if the market showed some demand for xA/xB stuff they would produce some goodies

but would it be a magnetic clutch of different diameter or just a regular pulley. cuz I for one like the idea of when the boost hits me. basically so i use less gas when i dont want to boost

Some supercharged cars, such as toyota units like the ones on the 88-89 MR2, have what is called a magnetic clutch on their Supercharger pulleys. This "magnetic clutch" is something similar to the one on the A/C which allows the pulley NOT to spin at certain RPMs. This bascially allows the pulley not to spin at idle so that no boost is made at idle.
That having been said, there are two ways to make more boost from a supercharged car.
The basic idea is to make the supercharger spin faster to make more boost, so...
A. build a smaller Supercharger pulley. This is a bit difficult to build due to the clutch type design, difficult to install properly, and more expensive for the end user.
B. build a larger Crank pulley which will lead to the pulley on the SC to spin faster as a result. Crank pulleys have no "clutch" mechanisms so this keeps costs lower and installations much more simple. Companies such as NST, HKS, etc have built these types of pulleys for Toyotas.
Here are a few links and pics for referrence...

well they have stuff out for the older MR2s, the site says there are things in development for the TRD SC being built for the tC, maybe if enough xA and xB owners show them some interest they will build stuff for the Blitz charger...
