pulstar plug = waste of money

Yup, V-Power is IMO the best performance for $$$. Plat, Iridium won't give you any better spark, it's just a harder metal so the electrode resists getting eaten away over time better, so they last longer.
I do think the V-Power is better then the standard, due to the shaped tip allowing charge density to build higher.

I put in a set about 22,000 miles ago. At first they gave me noticeable improvements in MPG and torque. For the last few months my MPG has been dropping. Yesterday, one of the plugs completely failed, giving me a PO302 error. When I pulled them, they had all eroded to about a .055 gap (the manufacturer recommended .030, which is what I had gapped them at). I regapped and reinstalled with no improvement. Replaced the whole set with Autolite Platinums and the car runs better than it has for months. Come Monday, they're going to get an irate call from me. Better yet, I live in the same town as their corporate office. I'll just take them down there and bounce them off someone's desk.
Bottom line: It's a promising technology but apparently applied with substandard materials and construction. DO NOT BUY.
