when my throw out bearing went out the first time, I was supposed to be there at 730am, but I woke up late and one of them peoples court shows was on, 4 hours later I left my house for my 730am apt
when I got there the dude jon was on lunch and stopped what he was doing came out and gave me keys to a rental box and told me he would call me when my box was treated and released. I recomend them, they rock!
