this is hilarious...not to break things up.. but isn't this basically the exact same thing as that Tornado crap they sell in stores? the literature reads exactly the same, except apprently this one can be installed in aftermarket intakes.

At first i though this was a fan too.. then i read it said "non-moving"

That looks pretty much like the tornado fuel saver......good idea but not functional its supposed to get better mixture of air but since its before the throttle body it wont do good cuz the butterfly on the TB will undo the flow.....But ive seen a similar product like that where its supposed to give better mixture its called a throttle body spacer friend tried it out got improvements and cool pshh sound.

Default throttle body spacer

i use a throttle body spacer on my 5.9l dodge durango, and it does help if you have aftermarket intake and exhaust. i've heard that these spacers don't really do anything on a four banger though.....don't know if that's is true....
