Default Woohoo just got my Greddy SP2 + sound clip

Just received my Greddy SP2. Very nice weld and finish. Love the logo but not too fond of the huge ___ tip but too bad I can't find anything with smaller tip. What's the little ring that also came with the exhaust? Any1 has any rubber issue with the SP2 b4 I install it this weekend?

Is that also a Fujita box I see laying there? If so, you won't be sorry.

The little ring is the gasget that goes between the new and existing pipe.

I'll try to get sound clip when I install this weekend. I'm also doing Powerslot rotors and Hawk pads at the same time

Yeah that was the empty Fujita laying on the floor.

That sounds great, and looks great.

What's your review of the SP2?

The sound is low and not ricey. I found it sounds better as the rpm climbs higher. Comparing to the factory exhaust, it's a little bit louder and the tone is more manly (for lack of better word). I find the exhaust sounds much better when I listen to it from outside. Eventhough I think the sound of the SP2 is quiet comparing to many aftermarket exhaust but in my opinion if it sounds a tiny bit lower it would be PERFECT but that's just me. My butt dyno tells me that the box rev better after the exhaust. I'm adding DC header next and will see if that change the tone of the exhaust. Will post clip if the sound changes.

As a final note, if you don't like huge tip the SP2 is not for you because it's huge (read over 4"). I'm a fan of aftermarket exhaust with 3" tip so I think SP2 tip looks ricey IMO. I got this as a gift so I can't complain

It fills the hole in the bumper perfectly.

You just made my decision for me

Thanks for the review, and sound clip.

Default Looks good

I think the sound is great, the tip is big but fills the cut out nicely. A little scary if it ever moves.

How loud is the sound inside the box ??? Do you find yourself turning the radio much louder ??

Do you think you could record and post sound as you are drinving down the street ??

^^ what he said. The sound is low inside the cabin but I'm still planning to sound deaden inside the box to eliminate road noise.
Hmm how can I record the sound when I'm driving? That's tough because I don't have any1 holding the camera but I'll try to see if I can get someone to record it while I'm driving.
