Hey dude. I put the ball bearing T25 TSI turbo kit on my 02 Honda Civic:

I did however upgrade a few things such as fabricating custom charge-plumbing, upgrading to a larger intercooler, upgrading to silicone couplings, and adding a manual boost controller, as well as a few other things such as an Innovat wideband Lambda ARF system.
Overall, I LOVED THE KIT! The only downside of the entire kit is the fuel system. The TSI injector block and ICU. The fuel systems is an injector block that bolts under the throttle body that when under boost, sprays extra fuel into the intake runners to compensate for the small injectors that are in such cars as civics and scions. The concept sounds perfect, but in reality is quite flawed. Other high-end kits actually once initially tuned, modify the fuel gain or cut periodically to make up for the density change in air caused by climate changes, and etc. This kit, you'll be looking at having to manually tweek ur settings every other day to stay within a certain AFR. Also, with this kit alone, its almost impossible to tune w/o instrumentation, a NO, don't trust a narrowband A/F gauge. Wideband here is the key!
So yes! Get the kit, BUT, only if you know what technically has to be done in general up-keep of a turbocharged car. The general public think that a turbo+car= Fast. But quite the contrary, w/o out proper tuning and procautionary modifications, and turbocharger is not a rewarding experience.
I however broke into the 13's in the 1/4 with my kit running 12lbs of boost tuned at a 13.4:1 AFR (tuned at 11.1:1 for daily) custom 3" turbo back exhaust, Tanabe SMR muffler, no cat, and on heavy 17" rims and directional street tires

ive seen allot of turbo stuff on the search, but nothing related to my xA, so sorry if i seem like an idiot

latinotke639, what most people in your position would do is remove the front bumper and make measurements of what dimensions of an intercooler would fit, ALSO with taking in consideration of trimming the bumper (which most def. is a nessesity) Then from that search for say a 14x6x3 intercooler or whatever size best works out. Them from there, fabbing hangers then plumbing.
Bascially alot of work.
The best place to search is ebay, and i'm recommend Johnny Race Car intercoolers! Very very Cheap (around $200 for various sizes) and also very good quality stuff, every intercooler is pressure tested to hold over 30lbs of boost!

Here's a greddy kit w/ an intercooler (or at least that's what it says:
http://scionsport.com/store/product_...3ecdfe3541de40
Here is a picture of what a V-Spec core intercooler looks like:
hmm....let me find a site that actually tell's all that's in the kit........
well, here at https://www.coximport.com/greddy/turbo-kit.html#scion it says "cast manif. w/ e-manage" so i would assume most of the kits come with emanage. And from what pictures i did see of other kits for other cars, i didn not see a blow off valve
but as far as fuel hardware (injectors, etc) and emanage wiring harnesses, i can't help ya there.

yea, so am i, i dont wanna get just some idiot to install it for me
i am pretty confident that my old man and i can put it in, he has been a mechanic for ever, and he has put some turbos in other cars before
but it would be allot esier if i could get a shop to do it, and a shop that wouldnt charge me like a million dollars to get it done, it would be nice
