DIY 1NZ-FE Exhaust Manifolds!
http://www.365motorwerks.com/diy1nz-...tmanifold.aspx
That's right now offered in a DIY format for you guys wanting to build your own crazy setup!
CNC cut from 1/2" steel this is for sure one beefy starting point for your project. This is the same part we use on our 365MW Turbo Manifolds so you know it's good stuff!
Pair this up with a Competition Spec Exhaust Stud Kit (A must have when running thicker than stock manifolds) and you are guaranteed to have a bulletproof connection!

Gentleman this is the exact piece I'm using on my custom exhaust manifold. Zack from 365 Motorwerks hooked me up with this piece so I could get my Tial / Garrett turbo to fit into my 05 XB.
If your doing a special project this is the way to go. Nothing but good things to say about 365.
You got guestions on a one of a kind build? PM me or Zack at 365 and we'll help you the best we can.
This up coming year is going to be awsome! We plan to make all kinds of new head way for the 1NZ-FE.

This is what it looks like for that turbo Vettereddie,
Wish mine was as simple as yours. I'm just using 365 flange. LHT is doing all my bends because my turbo is to large to fit in the position that the manifold pictured above puts it in. The turbo your using is the exact one 365 motorwerks uses in their kits.
Zack at 365 makes a killer exhaust manifold, I'm sure you'll be pleased with what your getting.

xBGod, it is the 365 kit. I'm dropping the Greddy and picked up the rest of the kit the intercooler was originally used with. I'm still debating dropping the tC injectors for 550cc or to keep them for now.

Shooting for 150 at the wheels, but not pressed for anything because it's an automatic and I'm not racing it, mainly for shows and driving fun factor. I'm planning on using a TurboXS High Performance Manual Boost Controller, compression ratio is 10:1 w/ coated pistons and skirts. Debating turning the nitrous kit I have into a spray chiller for the I/C, would be more comfortable with that instead of juicing a boosted box.
If anyone does an EL mani using this plate, please send me pics and let me know if you want to make another.

150whp on that car will be fun for sure, but I'd be leary about the trans holding up.

You'll be ok with 150 to the wheels with that kit. However I would be careful with using a automatic tranny. When I was supercharged and ran a 50 shot on a auto tranny I could feel it slip right through gears, Hince why I did a tranny swap and had Level 10 do my Manual tranny for me. The car was just so much easier to tune with full stand alone and endless possibilities.
I'm going for over 300 on just turbo this time. The bottle will be for looks if I can help it. I'll still tune it for a 75 shot with my new turbo but plan on not using it unless necessary.
Take care dude

You guys are crazy! Thats one of the reasons I am putting the flanges out there, I want to see what sort of wicked one-off's you all come up with!
Btw Brian as much as I would love to sell you the 550's for 150whp your tC ones will work fine as long as they are in good shape..

Current ones in the motor are stock head bolts that I had Cryogenized at another Aerospace facility in Florida. So far I've had no problems.
As we speak I have a guy at ARP I'm working with right now on a one -off set for me.

nice to know. That is what I was wondering about, the factory ones are so tiny I was worried. But you have proven they can hold so far.
