Default Greddy Turbo rebuild and water cooling questions

Ok...so, seems that after 30K on my lovely Greddy turbo that the seals are leaking and a rebuild is in order. Kit on the way and doesn't appear to be that hard of a job (correct me if I'm wrong please). Any one have any experience with rebuilding or replacing the seals on the Greddy turbo? I know that it's a TF035-14GK turbo but from my past experience with Greddy, there's ALWAYS a surprise! So, any feedback or redirects to other posts about this would be much appreciated.

And I figure since I'm pulling the turbo off for the rebuild, I might as well start feeding it coolant seeing how its a big contributor to the heat soak in my engine bay. I've found a kit for 90* banjo to hose barb but supplier is in Taiwan and who knows when the hell it will get here. So, think I'll just go metric to AN -4 fitting and tee into the feed lines for the TB. Also, any experience with adding water cooling lines or references to posts would be appreciated.
