I can't wait to check it out bro. I know you've been working a lot on your car. I'm sure it'll perform.

well the holidays are over, i'm finally moved into my new place, so i took some time last night to do a couple small minor mods..
laid the Kinetic battery on its side, giving me a good 5" of clearance..
and flopped this in:
after the photo was taken, i modified the throttle cable position (moved it down, so it clears the intake tube easily) and cut off the "inlet" side of the intercooler to be epoxied back on facing back instead of forward. i will fab brackets to hold the intercooler in the position it's in, probably have to move my alarm siren, and start on ducting. i'm holding off on the manifold right now, as i'll need to take the exhaust system BACK off the car yet again to work on fitment.
i'll most likely have a small SPAL fan mounted on the bottom of the IC to aid in airflow at low speeds (autocross) as well as a sprayer utilizing my stock washer fluid pump.
notice, that's the stock airbox pipe.. i can use the breather vent for an OEM VW bypass valve, pretty sure it'll hook directly up..
it's comin.. slowly, but it's comin

Sounds good bro.
Thanks a lot for the help with the alternator pulley. I spent a couple of hours trying to get it off. You took like 2mins I think with the airgun.
The crank pulley wasn't to hard. I got it off with a wrench. Belt is on. All systems go. I'll probably be turning on my car today. I did a couple of things. SS brake lines, Thermostat, samco radiator hoses, exhaust wrap the piping, and a new exhaust/turbo gasket (it was broken and leaking), oil catch can, cleaned up the hoses/wiring, and cleaned my engine a bit.
So hopefully I can finally boost properly at the proper psi and with no leak. Wish me luck, lol.

thanks to some very good people, i have decided on engine management. gave up on the manifold, i don't have the tools to make it work well.. gonna try out the RevHard cast piece..
the time approaches when the engine will be pulled, flywheel/clutch will go in, rebuild the differential and get my oil/coolant lines sorted..
hope to have this wrapped up a month from now!
