Default Aftermarket battery terminal ?s

What are y'all using for aftermarket battery terminals? I need a 4-AWG cable coming from the positive terminal, plus the stock wiring, and the negative terminal is stock wiring plus two ring terminals for ground wires. What's that red box that hangs off the back of the positive terminal? Can it be relocated?

It has fuses in it. Get a battery with top mount and side mount posts. I can't be relocated easily.

Yeah.. at first I used a large copper terminal for the 4 ga, and used that 12mm nut on the back/top of the OEM terminal to bolt it down.. had no issues, but had to cut a slot out of the terminal cover for the wire to fit through
I just switched to a Optima with top and side posts, added posts to the side terminals.. and used an "audio system" terminal with 2 large (4ga) holes and a few smaller ones for my accessories
