I'm sure you could make it fit.. But I dunno if it would have the proper venting for heat

nowawdays amps comes with fans so you wouldn't need to worry about heat, all you have to worry is how long would it be.

Hmmm there really isn't any space under the back seat. The seat base foam sits on the floor panel. Maybe if you cut some foam out?? or your amp is very very thin!! By the way the rear seat base center rear clip is a paint to get loose. It comes easily if you remove both seat backs first, then you can push the base back better to release this clip (seat backs come off with only 2 bolts each...pretty easy).

In the storage box in the right rear works. I built a box for 2 10's and 2 amps that I simply cover with the cargo mat when I wanna hide it. Looks stock with the mat installed. Only problem is I have no spare in there any more...But I have towing and roadservice on my Ins

There is a lot of space under the front seats. I am sure if you were inventive with mounting you could suspend amps right under the seats bases and the would be virtually invisible. I built storage boxes for under my seats.

The only problem is when I really want to haul something, I have to cover the subs with a precut 1/4 ply sheet for protection. So no bump while hauling big things. I really like that when I put the cargo mat in over the box that looking in the windows it looks totally stock (unless you are very well versed in xB speak).
