Okay tell the owner of this car that.
He has JDM Honda CR-X (EF-/Civic (EF-9) fog lights and auxilary yellow foglights in the center.

JDM bb foglights are clear. just pointing that out. they be JDM look for scions, but its not JDM. for CRXs, they may be true JDM. im not sure. yellow for scions doesnt equal JDM though

stop bickering. Plus the xB is already 100% JDM. It was made in Japan ;)

 

bBs are JDM. xBs are not as they dont market for the Japanese Domestic Market. Scions are for USDM. So no, xBs are not 100% JDM.

im not bickering, i was simply pointing it out thanks. they look pretty good, but i thought id clairfy for him/her.

just because something is made in japan does not equal that its a JDM product.

If your argument is that my foglights are not USDM OEM then yes you are correct, kinda, My fog lights are stamped Toyota/Koito so they did come from Toyota. You were complaining that the foglights I have are the JDM look, and are not JDM. Well JDM stands for Japanese Domestic Market, meaning that If I buy something from Japan that isnt available here in the US Domestic Market (USDM), then I would have a JDM Product, correct? So lets say I go to Japan and buy a PS2, airfreshner, some games, and some **** even, I come back to the US and I cant find the same products then wouldn't I have a JDM PS2, JDM airfreshner, JDM games, and some JDM ****? Thats my definition of JDM, anything that isn't available in the US and is intended for use/sale in Japan. So technically my foglights are JDM because you WILL NOT find them in the US.

in that case you may have something JDM with your PS2 or things like that. Would you care to tell me which brand they are? You said Toyota but what model? Theyre probably the same thing you can get over here, but just for a 4Runner or another vehicle.

When I said I had the original JDM yellow foglights, I was saying that I did this mod first. This was one of the first things that I did to the car when I got it. Now a lot of people have yellow bulbs in their car, I'm not saying that everyone is coping me, but I was one of the first people to do this mod. This mod is not a bulb, its the foglight itself that makes the yellow color, it is meant for a xB/bB. When I said that it's stamped Toyota/Koito that means its an OEM/Dealer part, you can only purchase it from Toyota. Same thing for honda, when you buy parts for your Honda it should be stamped Honda/Stanley. All the automakers contract an outside party to make the lights for their cars. Toyota uses Koito, Honda uses Stanley or Raybrig, Nissan uses Koito I think.
