Just an FYI, in searching for a touchscreen for some potential mods, I came across a Car PC from Lilliput. 40GB hard drive, comes with XP Home.

Something to think about. I think it was $799.

 

I think it is the best move apple has done. They even updated it again so you can run vista. I wonder though which vista with 6+ versions comming out lol.

 

hey even though i have a tc i just wanted to chime in. for a lot less you can build your own cpu and to withstand the riggors of being in a car. I built mine in my car and it was only $750 for everything including the monitor. go to my site and click sciontc on the left. youll see it there.

 

To be honest that is a pretty sweet install on you tC. Very Clean look and install. And making it look like an amp is a nice touch.

I still mfenske should try out the Mac Mini though.

There are also small cube form PC's and I've seen hookups that were pretty nice.
