ive sorta got a clue that they do fit from looking around the forums, but people say the gas pedal wont fit because the pins are different sizes...[/quote]

mikochu – where can i find these pedals, i cant find them anywhere on the net. please let me know!

I hate driving with wet shoes, with my feet sliding around on the pedals it sucks. Would these pedals or the scion pedals actually provide more grip than the stock rubbers? There's only raised rubber grips on these pedals whereas the whole face of the stock ones are rubber.

oh
the stock rubbers arent even close to sticking like the sport pedals
the rubber is different for the sports pedals
so, the will def stick with wet shoes

You say sports pedal. Does that include this Celica GTS pedal?

thanks for the writeup mikochu, i just finished putting the is300 auto pedal set in my xa last week and they work perfectly. the gas pedal was installed the exact same way as your's did. but the brake was about half an inch bigger all the way around, so some locktite extreme and ~20 hours later and it was a perfect fit. i'll post up some pics after i vacuum it out later. :peace:

I bought them off ebay for 40 shipped, both the gas and brake pedals. I suppect that is not expensive because all the toyota parts sites I have been to showed the gas pedal being about 45 alone plus shipping.

you've got to find one of the sellers on there is is willing to do a best offer and word it in a way that sounds like if they do not go for it then they will lose out on a sale. but you still have to be reasonable with them. I sent the seller on ebay a counter offer by about 5 bucks on each of the items. i will look up his name in a couple of minutes.
