nice I wish I had that option when I got my xB. How long did it take for the install? And does it have a warranty just in case? Oh yeah is the handle controll illuminated for those dark nights?

cruise not working
Bummed!
I installed my scion cruise kit from Fred Anderson Toyota and it doesn't work!
rechecked all of my connections (the manual could be clearer) and nothing.
Should'nt the green light come on anytime the car is running and "on" is pressed?
I got no green light. but I got power at the plug in the engine bay...
weird
wasted 2 days.
any suggestions?
thanks

hey scionxb04, left you a little msg on your album... you need to clean your car dude.. lol
doesn't look bad. kinda glad i'm not using the factory one, for being factory don't you think it should kinda match the stalks already on the steering column? might just be me but that one looks square then you got the stock round ones. but hey, if it works it works, better than no cruise control.
so how hards the install?

yes pay attention to the "layout" page.
it shows that there is a green wire that needs to be connected for automatic only
...and there are plastic plugs in a bag to make a "male" plug for the harness and the steering control.
I plugged the individual wires into the harness then had to unplug to build plug.
this "build the plug" step is not in the manual.
also the manual says the "brown wire plugs in to the red wire." actually this is the red wire with the brown stripe.
good luck. Let me know of your success. as you can see I failed.
