Default Help - Cobalt Autometer EGT gauge - Anyone have it?

Classic...simply classic. I was pulling the wires thru for the EGT gauge and 2 of the wires pulled out of the connector that plugs into the back of the meter. Even better, there is many empty holes they could go in.

Does anyone have the Cobalt series EGT gauge and if so, can you take a pic of the plug wires?

I know it's a long shot, but maybe someone has one.

lol...double posting aren't we...

Anyhow, what gauges DO you have hooked up? Turbo still holding up well, I presume. ZPI turbo's have been the only truth and tried turbo's out for the TC.

Yea, didn't mean to. After I posted in PH section for TC's I figured some xB or xA guys might have them too. So I added one here and got BUSTED

AT this time, I have boost, oil pressure and oil temp. I'm hooking up AFR wideband and EGT. That should pretty much let me know anything going on before damage can occure.

All is fine so far. Thinking of going alcohol to cool things down a bit while gaining a few more ponies. ZPI has one in the works.

Hey man, just cause your gauge broke doesn't mean you should start boozin it up. Plus, I guess it depends on what kind of drunk you are, but it really is best if you use alcohol to warm things up! If you wanna cool down, excercise. Booze will only make a bad situation worse!

How about this, take that alcohol and inject it in your turbo!

:D

So are you going to forgo an intercooler in favor or alcohol injection or are you going to do both?

I probably will do both, but until I see a stealth IC design, this is a "cool" option Pretty cheap too
