How big is that sub? I was wondering if there's enough room to make one with dual-subs, 8" or maybe 6"-ers.

i'm using a 10" punch p3 with a mounting depth of 6" and an internal volume of .65cuft. it's not all fiberglass like the audioformz, but the good thing is it's less than $50
materials
1 fiberglass- $4
1 resin- $8
1 1/2 mdf- $5.99
1 caulk- $2
1 bondo-$6
1 speaker connector-$4
1 primer- $3
1 paint(cheap one close enough to match)- $4
1 clear- $4
sand paper 150, 400, 800
top part
1. i used the existing storage bin cover as a mold, masked it out
2. laid one layer glass and coat it with resin. let that dry and pry it out
3. took that piece and laid glass on the back side of it for strength
4. bondo the top part and sand it out(grit 150-800)
enclosure
1. i used 1/2" mdf cut to size at home depot. 2-13"x18",2-5.5"x12",2-5.5"x18". keep the extra wood(external dimensions oafter assembly is 13"x18"x6.5")
2. cut a 3" x 4" piece off of one of the 13"x18" plank to make it fit on that indentation on the right side of the storage well.
3. cut out a piece to cover the 3" x 4" hole and assemble the enclosure using liquid nails or caulk as a sealant and wood screws and
final assembly
1. dry fit the box in the storage well(you should be able to moved it around)
2. once desired position is reached lay down fiberglass cover and mark the of the fiberglass
3. glued box and glass top using more glass and resin and bondo it smooth
4. cut a hole for the sub and one on the left/front side for the speaker connectors
5. primer, wet sand, paint, wet sand, paint, buff, clear, buff

sorry no pix of the install...should've thought about that. you can get everything BUT the wood and screws at walmart. do you have a storage bin on the Tc? if you do then it's definitely "doable" if you don't then go for a custom enclosure using wood, fleece(100% polyester you can get at jo-ann's),resin and bondo
