here you go http://www.xmradio.com/activation/. you can do it online with a $9.99 activation fee or over the phone for $14.99. all you will need is your radio(XM tuner) ID and a credit card. your radio ID should be by the UPC of the box or if you threw away your box already...just turn on your xm radio a go to ch.0. after your done with the activation process just leave your radio on for 15mins-1hr and you should be set. enjoy your satellite radio man.

Hope this helps,

you may want to double check this. The radios all say XM on them, but if you didn't purchase a tuner and an ant., you won't be able to activate it. Very few dealerships that I know of (actually, no dealerships I know) are selling the tC preloaded with XM.

If you did buy the antenna and the tuner, then call your dealership and ask them how to do it.

Damnit!

Yep, I just got my TC this morning, and I have been calling all around trying to get my XM up and running. And I just found out (after calling the dealership) that it was an extra $600+ accessory that I overlooked. More like, I thought I was already getting it.

So, let that be a lesson....It is not a standard feature....it is just equipped for the installation if you decide to go that route.

Yeah, what good is it for Scion to have it "XM ready" if the tuner is extra? For that amount of money, I will just opt for the better SIRIUS. But not sure how the screen will interfere with the close down radio door/panel.

all radios that are "XM ready" require you to buy the tuner seperate.
