Explanations in the following thread:
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=52635
(BTW, I entered the term "drilling and rivets" into search. Adding the "and" limits the search to what you are looking for.)
Good luck.

buy 1/8" drill bit.

Actually, it is tougher than you think. When I drilled mine out, half of them just spun. I ended up using a Dremel with a 1.5" diameter cut-off wheel and ground them away. I wish I would have done that to start, I ruined a nice drill bit.

one way to remove a rivit is get a small punch punch the center of the rivit out its steel, then get a drill bit larger then the hole of the rivit center and drill it out if the head starts to spin just angle the drill bit so it drills at a angle they make a tool for removing rivits but the kit runs about 40.00

use a 1/4 bit, wooble the drill from side to side, the head will snap off first and ride up the bit, just keep wobbling the bit and the rest of rivet will fall out the back.
