JL Audio Amp / Sub Question???
for any JL Audio product experts out there:
would a JL Audio 250/1 be enough power for one JL 10W3v2...???
ive heard a 500/1 power one 10W6v2, and thought it was way too much power and i dont need anything that loud. that's why i'm thinking about the above amp / sub set up.
thanks in advance.

like i said, i've heard your sub/amp set up in my buddies accord...and i thought it was way to powerful for my needs. it sounded awsome though. i can only imagine what it must sound like in your box.
thanks.

My system was setup for Sound Quality and not really hard dropping bass ... I listen to Rock/Metal so I don't need alot of bass ... When I chage the setting and crank the bass up on my amp controller, it defenatly drops hard. Just because you have a powerful sub and amp dosen't mean it has to always drop hard ... it all depends on how you want your whole system setup ...
I would get the bigger system and just setup the system for Sound Quality ... so when you DO want to drop hard bass all you have to do it kick up the bass **** and BOOM ... DROPEN BASS!
What headunit will you be running? Are you redoing your mids/highs?
