just contact rafael at k2 he will replace it under warranty. it time consuming to send a replacement but at least you will get a new set. rafael's number and extension is on this thread.

Me too! I sent them back the other one last week (they emailed me a UPS call tag). I'm waiting for the "right" side one
Received the right side replacment headlight today, complete with broken lower mounting tab. Going the UPS claim route to try and get another...ugh.
Just in case anyone else out there is waiting for a replacement from K2 motoring, here's where I'm at:

UPS picked up the damaged right side unit on 8/22/05. I've been following up weekly with K2 for the status of my replacement right side unit.

I was advised today that a new shipment of lights is expected from the manufacturer this week. The manufacturer apparently has addressed some quality issues with the last batch.

I should have my replacement unit by next week

K-2 did alright by me, their response was quick and they replaced the part and returned it to me in less than a week.

it is a great buy. K2 can keep replacing my headlights until we get the right set up that wont fog or explode first thing i'll do after i install my replacement is to wash my box.

K2 motoring SUCKS @SSSSS!

I ordered a set of projectors and corners for my full size GMC, TERRIBLE QUALITY!

The corner lights didnt fit, the headlights are crooked and ****-eyed, definatley would NOT recommend their products-

there junk lights i finally got rid of mine cause a halo burnt out then the whole light fogged up after 4 months of use. there cheap but they look ok i decieded to clear my stock ones and put red leds in them so the whole light lights up red at night!

rafael will send ups to pick up damaged headlight and i have to wait another
month for another replacement. oh boy

Good luck. Same thing happened to me. I filed my UPS claim per K2's instructions on 8/22/05 and I am still waiting for my right side replacement .

Ok just to re-itterate, my last comment:

The products suck @ss forsure and I speak on the product itself and only the product. Not focusing my gripes on any 1 person or persons. Those who are affiliated with K2 Im sure you are great people but comon QUALITY CONTROL- -NONE!

5 weeks and 1 day later, I receive my second right side headlamp with no physical damage The halo on the high beam is loose, just like the one on the left side headlamp. Otherwise, everything looks okay. I'll test all of the bulbs and halos to ensure they are functioning properly before mounting them up.

If they function properly, then I'll try and install them this weekend.

good luck with your install. i'm kinda screwed... i received two replacement and each time the replacement headlamp is broken. then lately my 9006 Techone HID started to blink constantly, it get so bright then back to normal beam. oh well...

i got a call from rafael/k2motor and said that the vendor is unable to supply him with
the dual projectors. he offered me a refund. personally i think it's a b.s. they just probably got tired dealing with me. :D

We tried contacting our supplier for replacement headlights but just couldnt find any get any (chrome or black). Kindly accept our apologies.

For the inconvenience caused, we will be giving a no time frame $20 store credit for those who were refunded headlights. Again, sorry for the inconvenience caused.
