Does anyone know where to find one for the 2006 model?

I bought the RKE and need to know where to plug everything in and mount the sensor.

Huh?

RKE was a standard equipment on all 2006 xBs. Are you asking about an aftermarket unit? Those usually come with installation instructions. But if you have 2006 xB, you don't need aftermarked RKE.

 

Maybe asking about an xA in the wrong forum?

i'm confused too..

i just know about buying the keyless remote.. and then programming it to the car... which has the system built in already...

uhh... if not... instructions should've been included...

It's pretty much plug and play, I just want to know where to start and locations that the foam pads are needed to keep rattling down.
The kit only came with programming instructions, so apparently it is something Toyota has on disc for their dealers.

Just wish Toyota would have included all of the installation instructions for the do it yourself'ers

The RKE Keyless/Alarm system is installed in my 06 xA now, but I don't have the remote programming instructions. Do you know where I can find that? I printed off the instructions in a previous post, but it doesn't seem to have everything I need.

 

I don't think there is an actual manual for programing. But here are 2 posts with some good info:

Thanks Sanchez. I've tried all of these and I'm not getting any response from the system. It looks like I'm just going to have to break down and shell out the money to have Toyota/Scion take a look at it.
