Default My I.C.E. Box

Although it's not the most elaborate setup, it works fine for keeping my girls entertained (and more importantly stops the whining) when taking trips long or short in the xB...I just wanted to show people that an affordable DVD video system can be self installed with relative ease. This is the Alpine PKG-RSE1. Comes with 10.2" overhead screen, a DVD player and one set of wireless headphones. Right now it plays audio through the stock head unit via a FM modulator. I plan on adding an aux input adapter and running the audio direct in the near future.

Um... the ICE forum is for everyone. And he posted in the correct place. His post is about ICE, so he's in the clear here. Just calm down...

That's just unnecessary... especially considering that the ONLY thing it shares with the Camry is the drivetrain... not to mention it's just flamebait.

Geez... this isn't supposed to be a flaming thread.

Thanks for the positive feedback guys. Yes, I installed it myself. Pretty easy, just a little hairy cutting the headliner. (I cut the hole out and then thought to myself, Is that centered?) The stealth DVD player install requires a lot of trimming of the pocket, but since it comes out of the car and I have a dremel tool, that part was fairly easy too.
