well unlike my n1... which ____es me off cause the n2 can do it as well as the d1, is an awesome feature called "iPod ready"... buy an optional attachment.. and you can directly use your iPod with the system.

and it includes being able to CONTROL it using the unit.. hook it up. throw it in the glove box, and you'll be fine.

if i hook it up to the n1 though, i only get the audio.. i'd still need to tinker with the iPod itself to control it...

Default What if you connected a DVH-P5000MP to the AVIC-D1

If you connect the DVH-P5000MP to the AVIC-D1 would you be able to watch dvd while driving?

I was thinking of throwing a slim PS2 in the glovebox anyway, so the lack of DVD-video isn't huge.
